Instructions

  1. There is no application fee
  2. You can only apply to the undergraduate programme once and through one channel of admission i.e. either as a fresh undergraduate applicant or as a transfer applicant if you meet the eligibility criteria. If you have already applied as a regular undergraduate applicant or a transfer applicant for the August 2025 intake, your application will be considered duplicate for the January 2026 intake and might lead to termination of your candidature
  3. Your assigned application ID and the login details will remain active till the end of the current Admissions Cycle
  4. Your entire application process will take place on the Ashoka University Application Portal. Please do not send any material by post or email to the Office of Admissions
  5. You can submit your application only if you complete all of the mandatory fields (*marked) in the application form
  6. Your application form will only be considered if you have filled all sections with relevant and correct information
  7. Click on ‘Save Draft’ to save the information entered by you or before you log out. Click on 'Save and Continue' to move to the next section once you have entered all the required information
  8. You will have to click on ‘Submit’ as the final step in the application process
  9. Misrepresentation of facts or any information in your application form will result in making your candidature ineligible or may result in the withdrawal of your Offer of Admission
  10. If you have been shortlisted for the On-the-Spot Essay, you will be required to appear in the On-the-Spot Essay online on the date conveyed by the Admissions Committee
  11. You will receive communication about the status of your application from the Office of Admissions by the decision deadline of the Undergraduate Transfer Programme
