Instructions

  1. There is no application fee
  2. You can submit only one application form within one Admissions Cycle. Duplicate application forms will not be considered and will lead to the termination of your candidature. If you have already submitted an application form as a fresh undergraduate applicant in the ongoing admissions cycle, your application to the Undergraduate Transfer Programme will not be considered
  3. Your assigned application ID and the login details will remain active till the end of the current Admissions Cycle
  4. Your entire application process will take place on the Ashoka University Application Portal. Please do not send any material by post or email to the Office of Admissions
  5. You can submit your application only if you complete all of the mandatory fields (*marked) in the application form
  6. Your application form will only be considered if you have filled all sections with relevant and correct information
  7. Click on ‘Save Draft’ to save the information entered by you or before you log out. Click on 'Save and Continue' to move to the next section once you have entered all the required information
  8. You will have to click on ‘Submit’ as the final step in the application process
  9. Misrepresentation of facts or any information in your application form will result in making your candidature ineligible or may result in the withdrawal of your Offer of Admission
  10. Once you have submitted your application form, you are required to mandatorily participate in the Admissions Assessments on the date mentioned in the Admissions Calendar for the Undergraduate Transfer Programme
  11. You will receive communication about the status of your application from the Office of Admissions by the decision deadline of the Undergraduate Transfer Programme
